Greg Cress, Founder and Company Director of ConnectedFutures (Pty) Ltd, is an experienced telecoms industry professional based in Johannesburg, South Africa. He has over 14 years of success working with Nokia Siemens Networks across multiple areas of responsibility spanning software development, technical system consulting, large account management, international team sales management and business consulting in the international telecommunications environment. He qualified in 1997 with a Bachelors Degree in Electronic Engineering and an MBA from Oxford Brookes University UK in 2003.
He is fascinated with the future direction of telecommunications and technology, particularly the areas of convergence between the Internet, Mobile Networks, Nanotechnology, Cybernetics, and the Entertainment/Media industries.
After heading Global Strategy for the Applications & Solutions Business Line at NSN for more than 2 years, he took the opportunity to harness his passion for the future and create ConnectedFutures as a means to help other organisations execute better strategy.
